The person you will work with

Hi, I’m Kevin.

I connect client relationships, business priorities and technical delivery, taking product work from understanding the problem through to delivery and improvement.

Understand the whole system. My UX and business-analysis background shapes how I work: interviewing people and mapping how processes, systems, data and handovers connect. I find the friction, assess where AI or automation could help, and turn that into a practical transformation roadmap.

Stay close to delivery. Within enterprise teams, I own product work from roadmaps to daily Scrums, Jira tickets and bug triage. I work with security teams, data governance and AI governance committees, addressing risks through existing review gates and approval checks.

Build as well as advise. In my own ventures, I develop software with Claude Code and the command-line interface (CLI), working directly in the terminal. I build custom applications, connect systems and work through testing, deployment and infrastructure. That practical understanding of AI and software informs the decisions I make, beyond any single platform or tool.

Keep improving. I stay involved through deployment, using live feedback and appropriately governed customer data to report against the original problem and agreed success metrics. Customer feedback shapes the next iteration. That is kaizen: continuous improvement in practice.
